We only use Durham farm reared pigs which are then slow cooked for over 12 hours in our speciality ovens.
The hogs can be served simply with floured bread rolls, homemade apple sauce and butter gravy or can be served with additional accompaniments such as goose fat roasted potatoes, salads and hot dishes.
As an affordable alternative to more traditional menus, Hog Roast and Fork Buffets are proving to be more and more popular at Weddings, Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, County Shows and Fetes, Sporting Events and Family Fun Days.
